Mark Long started with Zimmer upon graduating with honors from Rockhurst College in 1995. Mark was named Senior Vice President and Director of Sales & Leasing for Zimmer Real Estate Services in April 2003. Mark is currently responsible for the Brokerage Department at Zimmer Real Estate Services as well as his continued brokerage practice. He has been involved in more than 500 transactions representing 15 million square feet of industrial, retail and office space.
Mark has been recognized at the annual Kansas City Regional Association of Realtors (KCRAR) awards program as a multi- million-dollar producer and was recognized in 2000 by the KCRAR as the Realtor Salesperson of the Year. He is the past President of the Kansas City Regional Association of Realtors.
Mark obtained his SIOR (Society of Industrial Office Realtors) designation in May 2000. SIOR members are admitted by their peers based on outstanding sales volume as well as leadership and ethics in the real estate practice.
Mark obtained his CCIM designation in October 2004. A Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) is a recognized expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate. A CCIM is a valuable resource to the commercial real estate owner, investor and user and is among an elite core of 7,500 professionals across North America who holds the CCIM designation.

Tracey Mann joined Zimmer Real Estate Services in July 2002 and focuses on industrial sales, leasing and corporate services throughout the state of Kansas.
Tracey attended Kansas State University and was elected Student Body President. In that role, he represented 20,000 students and oversaw an $8 million budget. He was also elected President of all the student body presidents in Kansas and in that role, represented the interests of 80,000 Kansas college students to the Kansas Legislature and Board of Regents. Under his leadership, the Kansas State University Student Governing Association was honored as the top student government in the country in 1998.
At the end of his term, Tracey spent one semester in the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia. There he worked to help formerly communist Macedonia transition into a democracy. He worked with Members of Parliament and top college students to create and implement the first Macedonian Parliamentary Intern Program. Upon graduation, Tracey served as Senior Program Director for the National Student Leadership Forum on Faith and Values. In that role, he assisted Members of the House of Representatives and the United States Senate to envision, plan and establish leadership conferences and programs throughout the United States for college student leaders.
Since joining Zimmer, Tracey was named the 2003 Zimmer Real Estate Services, Inc. Rising Star and the 2003 Rookie of the Year for the Kansas City Board of Realtors Commercial division. He received his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in 2005. In 2008, Tracey was accredited as a LEEDŽ (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) professional.
Tracey has helped scores of businesses from multiple Fortune 500 companies to smaller Kansas-based startup companies during his career.
